Founded in 2010, W2P was born out of a shared passion for environmental conservation and a profound global imperative to eliminate waste and reduce reliance on landfills.
At W2P, we hold the belief that no goal is unattainable. Even if our mission appears daunting, we progress one step at a time—and our journey has already begun!
Our mission is straightforward yet bold: to eradicate landfills and promote the adoption of a circular economy worldwide. After 14 years of thorough research, we have systematically solved numerous challenges, discovering an innovative method to convert Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) into products that are commonly used globally.

Our Team
Arik Klein
Arik stands as an accomplished industrialist and entrepreneur, boasting over twenty-five years of experience. He represents the third generation of his family's enduring legacy within Emka Group.
Under his astute leadership, the group has ventured into new arenas, including home design by importing global brands, and has made strategic investments in renewable energy, waste management, and emergency medicine sectors.
With a global footprint, Arik has skillfully managed international projects across Europe, the USA, and Africa, showcasing his expertise in navigating complex financing transactions and complying with stringent regulations.
His academic foundation is solid, with a legal education and the completion of an executive director's course, which further solidifies his qualifications and deep understanding of both industry and commerce.
Yaniv Markovich
A Attorney with extensive experience in public administration and urban development.
Formerly served as the Deputy Mayor of Rehovot City, overseeing crucial municipal portfolios including urban aesthetics, landscaping, environmental design, infrastructure, and business licensing.
Concurrently held the position of Chairman of the Association of Cities for the Environment in the South Yehuda region. Prior to these roles, served as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, demonstrating a comprehensive background in both local and national governance.
Tal Eisenstein
With three decades of experience in industrial management, Tal boasts a comprehensive tenure at the Emka Group, having assumed several key roles across Israel and Europe. His achievements encompass the management of production operations, the establishment of manufacturing sites, and the leadership of sales and management initiatives.
Tal has played a crucial role in establishing European partnerships for collaborative investments and knowledge exchange, significantly contributing to new growth opportunities for the Group. In his most recent role, he excelled as the CEO of both the Cards Division and the Digital Division for 14 years, where his leadership was instrumental in the inception and guidance of these divisions.
His academic foundation in investment management and finance provides a solid basis for his strategic and financial acumen.
Nachshon Aharon
As the Chief Financial Officer, Nachshon is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting and accounting.
With a Master's degree in Financial and Business Management from Bar-Ilan University, Nachshon brings to the role 28 years of comprehensive experience. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, pricing, financial management, taxation, payroll, and high-level administrative management, particularly specialized in the industrial sector.
Livne Gan
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Livne offers extensive expertise as a design engineer. With over twenty years of experience, he has successfully led turnkey projects from conception to completion.
Livne specializes in the creation of manufacturing and product lines, skillfully overseeing and managing numerous key projects. His work encompasses the initial setup of facilities, moving through to the construction phase and the execution of product lines, and ultimately resulting in the successful delivery of final products.
Demonstrating exceptional innovation, Livne has originated multiple patents across diverse sectors, including healthcare, security, recycling, renewable energy, and clean technology. This achievement highlights his remarkable combination of engineering skill and inventive capability.
Albert Ben Ezri
Albert boasts an impressive track record of involvement with innovative projects within the metals sector, spanning air, sea, and land applications.
His expertise has been highly valued and utilized by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), as well as the military forces of the United States and Germany.
A key highlight of his career is his significant contribution to the development of the "Dabur" class patrol boat, a project that has markedly improved the operational capabilities of the Israeli Navy.
Shahar Bard
Shahar, who leads the Technical Support & Service department, earned his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University in the Negev.
With a career spanning over twenty years, Shahar has gained substantial experience in providing customer support and service for complex, multidisciplinary systems. These include optics, lasers, detectors, and integrated hardware and software solutions.
His expertise also encompasses the management of systems related to fluid, temperature, and pressure control. Shahar has played a crucial role in the design, development, and onsite installation of projects across Europe, the USA, and Japan.
Furthermore, he excels in managing Israeli customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective operation.
Zachi Beck
Vast experience in senior management positions in the public service in the field of ecology and sanitation. A partner in the establishment of transit stations for waste separation and management. Characterization and establishment of smart systems for waste management and removal, optimization of control systems in sanitation matters. Currently an expert consultant in providing ecological solutions to local authorities in the areas of sanitation: waste removal, recycling, garbage treatment.
